Customer ReviewsTrack for track and pound for pound is the Best Album of 2008!

First off......A on this album. Give your, "Praise" to Chad because this is YOURE BEST ALBUM to date!

Honestly now Im a HUGE Hip-Hop, Rap, Gangsta, Killer, whatever you wanna call it a "Trill" (No pun intended) fan. But the Southern rap (ie. UGK) never really did it for me.

Anyways I heard a couple of tracks that I LOVED. Downloaded a couple more and fell in love with almost every track. Although as much as they say they miss Chad Butler (Pimp C.) he DIED of a drug overdose and these guys talk about nothing but being "Posted Up" and "Rockin It Up". So ecessentially THEY SUPPLY/SUPPLIED the drugs that he ODed on. I HAD to say it because what a FRIGGIN Oxymoron.

So I downloaded tracks and being the GOOD INTERNET user that I am I DID actually BUY this disk, even though I had all the tracks.
disapointment

All the hype for this cd and nothing delivered. I was toltally disapointed in Bun-B for this one.... I mean I figurred he had alot to rap about with loosing Pimp-C but I guess his train of thought was elsewere.... O well Im not loosing hope in one of the greatest but this albulm was defffiantly garbageee.

RIP PIMP C
Bun B still at the top of the game

Bun Bs first solo, Trill, I bought a couple years ago and it was a great album. Great rhymes, great beats, and featured every artist from Mannie Fresh to Ludacris. Then Trill II came on the scene. Bun B still keeps it real, and he has, I think, some of the BEST rhymes and the BEST flow of any rapper out there. He also likes to feature other artists, and he does it over killa beats. Almost every song on this CD is tight, but here are some of my favorites:
1) Underground Thang (feat. Chamillionaire and Pimp C -RIP)
2) Damn Im Cold (feat. Lil Wayne)
3) II Trill (feat. Z-ro)
4) Swang on em (feat. Lupe Fiasco)
5) Youre Everything (feat. Rick Ross, David Banner, AND 8-Ball & MJG!)
6) Keep it 100

Buy this CD -- Bun Bs carryin on the UGK legacy of greatness!

HE SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN SOMEONE ELSE FEATURED ON "GANGSTA" AND THE BEAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN MADE BY A MORE STRONGER PRODUCER THAN J.R. i luv his versatility and THEMEZ ON THE ALBUM. HE WENT HARD WITH DOWN SOUTH RAPPERS ON HERE LIKE EIGHT BALL N MJG, DAVID BANNER, CHAMILLIONAIRE, MIKE J0NES, SLIM THUG, LIL WAYNE, AND MORE...GREAT ALBUM! NICE TRIBUTE TO PIMP C!
